Summary 

This handbook is created for Freshy Fresh Productions LLC Employees and Managers.

Each new application are required to read this company policy, in order to operate equipment and conduct business. This handbook also help with safety and employee rights, Managers should ensure the employees about their rights required by United States laws.








 

1. Company Values & Mission

Freshy Fresh Productions LLC is built on creativity, professionalism, integrity, and innovation. We aim to produce high-quality content while fostering a workplace environment where ideas flourish, teams collaborate, and every individual is respected.

All employees—regardless of position—are expected to uphold these values in every interaction.

 

2. Scope & Applicability

This manual applies to:

  • Full-time employees
     

  • Part-time employees
     

  • Contractors and freelancers
     

  • Interns
     

  • On-set crew and creative personnel
     

  • Managers, supervisors, producers, and department heads
     

Where responsibilities differ, sections are divided into Employee Responsibilities and Manager Responsibilities.

 

3. Standards of Professional Conduct

3.1 General Expectations (Employees)

Employees must:

  • Conduct themselves professionally at all times.
     

  • Follow the chain of command for decision-making.
     

  • Use respectful, inclusive language.
     

  • Uphold the company’s creative standards and production ethics.
     

  • Report misconduct, safety issues, or policy violations.
     

  • Protect company equipment, materials, and intellectual property.
     

3.2 Professional Expectations (Managers)

Managers must:

  • Lead through example and uphold company standards at a higher level.
     

  • Provide clear instructions, deadlines, and feedback.
     

  • Foster a safe, collaborative, inclusive workplace.
     

  • Resolve conflicts quickly and impartially.
     

  • Encourage development, training, and skill growth.
     

  • Escalate legal, HR, or safety concerns immediately.
     

 

4. Anti-Discrimination, Harassment & Respect Policy

4.1 Zero Tolerance Policy (Employees)

Employees may not engage in:

  • Harassment (verbal, physical, digital).
     

  • Discrimination of any kind.
     

  • Bullying or intimidation.
     

  • Retaliation toward someone who reports an issue.
     

  • Inappropriate touching or personal comments.
     

Employees must report inappropriate behavior promptly.

4.2 Zero Tolerance Policy (Managers)

Managers must:

  • Take every report seriously.
     

  • Document and escalate reports to HR or leadership immediately.
     

  • Ensure confidentiality as much as feasible.
     

  • Prevent retaliation and monitor team dynamics.
     

  • Remove offending individuals from active duties during dangerous or severe incidents.
     

 

5. Attendance, Scheduling & Time Management

5.1 Employee Attendance

Employees must:

  • Arrive on time for production calls, shoots, meetings, and shifts.
     

  • Notify managers at least 2–4 hours in advance if late or absent (unless an emergency).
     

  • Follow proper timekeeping procedures.
     

  • Respect production timelines and deadlines.
     

Repeated lateness may result in disciplinary action.

5.2 Manager Attendance Responsibilities

Managers must:

  • Maintain clear schedules and communicate updates promptly.
     

  • Ensure staffing is adequate for each production.
     

  • Approve or deny time-off requests fairly and consistently.
     

  • Address attendance issues in writing when patterns arise.
     

 

6. Workplace & Set Safety

6.1 Employee Safety Rules

Employees must:

  • Follow all safety briefings and instructions.
     

  • Use designated protective gear (gloves, harnesses, etc.).
     

  • Operate equipment only if trained and authorized.
     

  • Report hazards immediately.
     

  • Avoid horseplay, distractions, or unsafe shortcuts.
     

6.2 Manager Safety Responsibilities

Managers must:

  • Conduct mandatory safety briefings before shoots or high-risk tasks.
     

  • Maintain first-aid supplies and emergency contacts.
     

  • Ensure all equipment is functioning and properly maintained.
     

  • Document safety incidents, no matter how small.
     

  • Halt production if conditions become unsafe.
     

 

7. Company Property, Equipment & Asset Use

7.1 Employee Responsibilities

Employees must:

  • Handle all gear, tech, and equipment responsibly.
     

  • Use company equipment only for Freshy Fresh business unless otherwise approved.
     

  • Report broken, lost, or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
     

  • Return equipment promptly using the proper check-in/check-out process.
     

7.2 Manager Responsibilities

Managers must:

  • Maintain accurate equipment logs.
     

  • Assign equipment only to trained personnel.
     

  • Investigate and document loss, damage, or misuse.
     

  • Ensure secure storage of valuable equipment.
     

 

8. Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

8.1 Employees

Employees must not disclose:

  • Unreleased content, footage, scripts, or production concepts.
     

  • Client information, budgets, or contracts.
     

  • Internal communication or private company discussions.
     

  • Passwords, internal tools, or software access.
     

All work created for Freshy Fresh Productions LLC is considered company-owned intellectual property unless contractually negotiated otherwise.

8.2 Managers

Managers must:

  • Enforce confidentiality protocols.
     

  • Limit access to confidential assets on a need-to-know basis.
     

  • Ensure team members sign required NDAs.
     

  • Securely store digital files and physical documents.
     

 

9. Communication Standards

9.1 Employees

Employees should:

  • Communicate respectfully—verbally and digitally.
     

  • Avoid confrontational or unprofessional language.
     

  • Maintain appropriate boundaries with coworkers and clients.
     

  • Use company communication channels for work purposes only.
     

9.2 Managers

Managers must:

  • Set a consistent communication structure (group chats, email, call sheets).

10. Social Media, Public Relations & Representation

10.1 Employees

Employees must:

  • Never post behind-the-scenes content without approval.
     

  • Never leak production details, talent appearances, or client info.
     

  • Avoid posting negative remarks about the company.
     

Unapproved posting may result in removal from projects or termination.

10.2 Managers

Managers must:

  • Approve any content that appears online related to productions.
     

  • Coordinate with leadership for official releases.
     

  • Correct unauthorized posts through formal documentation.
     

 

11. Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment Policy

11.1 Employee Guidelines

Employees must:

  • Report to work sober and unimpaired.
     

  • Not use alcohol or illegal drugs on company property or sets.
     

  • Follow medication disclosure policies if impairment is possible.
     

11.2 Manager Responsibilities

Managers must:

  • Remove any impaired person from set or workspace immediately.
     

  • Document impairment-related incidents.
     

  • Protect confidentiality while managing safety concerns.
     

 

12. Performance Management

12.1 Employees

Employees must:

  • Meet deadlines and quality standards.
     

  • Ask questions when unclear and seek clarification.
     

  • Participate in training and feedback discussions.
     

  • Maintain a growth mindset.
     

12.2 Managers

Managers must:

  • Provide clear performance expectations.

13. Conflict Resolution

Employees should:

  • Attempt to resolve minor conflicts respectfully one-on-one.

13.2 Manager Responsibilities

Managers must:

  • Listen objectively to all sides.
     

  • Mediate conflicts fairly and privately.

14. Disciplinary Policy

Freshy Fresh Productions LLC uses a structured corrective approach.

14.1 Employee Disciplinary Steps

Depending on the severity:

Immediate termination may occur in cases of:

15. Separation of Employment

15.1 Employee Requirements

Employees must:

  • Return all equipment and company property.
     

  • Complete exit paperwork.
     

  • Maintain confidentiality after departure.
     

15.2 Manager Responsibilities

Managers must:

  • Collect all company assets.
     

  • Conduct exit interviews if applicable.
     

  • Submit final timesheets and termination documents.

Company Health, Safety, & Workplace Policy Handbook

 

1. Purpose of This Policy

Freshy Fresh Productions LLC is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and fair workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors. This handbook outlines standards for health, safety, conduct, employee rights, and procedures that all team members must follow.

 

2. General Workplace Health Policy

2.1 Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • All work areas must be kept clean and free of clutter.

  • Employees must wash hands regularly, especially after restrooms, meals, or touching shared equipment.

  • Shared equipment (cameras, audio gear, editing bays, desks) must be sanitized before and after use.

  • Employees should report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately to management.

2.2 Illness Prevention & Reporting

  • Employees must avoid coming to work if they show symptoms of contagious illness (fever, cough, vomiting, flu‑like symptoms).

  • Management may send an ill employee home for the safety of the team.

  • Employees are encouraged to update their emergency contact information regularly.

 

3. Breaks, Meal Periods, & Rest

3.1 Standard Breaks

  • Employees are entitled to one 30‑minute unpaid meal break for shifts 6 hours or longer.

  • Employees receive two paid 10–15 minute rest breaks per 8‑hour shift.

  • Breaks should be taken away from the work area when possible.

3.2 Additional Rest Needs

  • Employees using heavy equipment or working on physical sets may request supplemental micro‑breaks for safety.

 

4. Vacation, Time Off, and Sick Leave Policy

4.1 Vacation Time

  • Full-time employees accrue vacation hours based on tenure:

    • 0–1 year: 40 hours per year

    • 1–3 years: 80 hours per year

    • 3+ years: 120 hours per year

  • Vacation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

4.2 Sick Leave

  • Employees earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked (or as required by their state).

  • Sick leave may be used for:

    • Illness or injury

    • Medical appointments

    • Caring for an ill family member

  • Management may request a doctor’s note for absences longer than 3 consecutive days.

4.3 Call‑In Sick Procedure

  • Employees must notify their supervisor at least 2 hours before the start of their shift.

  • Notification must be via call, text, or approved communication channel.

  • Failure to report may result in an unexcused absence.

 

5. Weather Safety Policy

5.1 Severe Weather Conditions

Freshy Fresh Productions LLC prioritizes the safety of employees when severe weather conditions occur.

Severe weather includes:

  • Thunderstorms, lightning, or high winds

  • Flooding

  • Snowstorms or ice

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Tornado or hurricane alerts

5.2 Outdoor Production Rules

  • All outdoor filming must stop immediately if lightning is detected within 10 miles.

  • Equipment should be powered down and covered during rainfall.

  • Staff must seek shelter during extreme heat or cold.

  • Hydration and shaded rest stations must be provided during high‑temperature shoots.

5.3 Transportation Safety

  • Employees should not travel during unsafe conditions.

  • Remote work or rescheduling will be provided during large‑scale weather emergencies.

 

6. Hazardous Safety Policy

6.1 Equipment Safety

  • Only trained staff may operate lighting rigs, heavy cameras, drones, or electrical setups.

  • Cords must be taped down to prevent tripping hazards.

  • PPE (gloves, goggles, masks) must be worn when required.

6.2 Chemical & Special Effects Safety

  • Fog machines, cleaning chemicals, or special effects must be used in well-ventilated areas.

  • Flammable materials must be stored securely.

  • A fire extinguisher must be present on all sets involving heat, electricity, or pyrotechnics.

6.3 Emergency Response

  • Emergency exits must remain unobstructed.

  • First aid kits must be available at every production site.

  • Injuries must be reported immediately, no matter how small.

 

7. Workplace Robbery, Crime, and Threat Safety Policy

7.1 If a Crime Occurs (Robbery, Break‑In, Assault)

Employees must prioritize personal safety over property.

If confronted by a criminal:

  • Stay calm and comply.

  • Do not argue, threaten, or chase the criminal.

  • Observe details from a safe distance (appearance, direction of escape, vehicle).

  • Contact 911 as soon as it is safe.

  • Notify management immediately.

7.2 Protecting Company Assets

  • All company equipment must be secured when not in use.

  • Employees should avoid posting real‑time production locations on social media.

  • Bags and personal items should not be left unattended.

7.3 Harassment, Stalking, and Threats

  • Any threats (online or in‑person) against employees must be reported.

  • Management will assist with law‑enforcement reporting when appropriate.

 

8. Employee Rights Under U.S. Law

Employees at Freshy Fresh Productions LLC have the following rights:

8.1 Safe Workplace (OSHA)

  • The right to a workplace free from recognized hazards.

  • The right to report safety issues without retaliation.

8.2 Fair Compensation (FLSA)

  • Right to minimum wage and overtime pay for eligible positions.
